Zoning Interpretation and Determination Letter Process
In pursuance to Ordinance G-5391, an overall fee increase to the current Zoning Fee Schedule took effect Aug. 1, 2009.
Please note the following suggestions for an
Interpretation Letter :
- Written request of information needing interpretation or determination
- May include:
- Tax Parcel Number(s) (APN) and legal description
- General vicinity of desired location
- Description of existing activity/use
- Description of proposed activity/use
- Zoning
- Parcel map with site/area delineated
- Check for $350 payable to the City of Phoenix (per Appendix
A.1 of the Phoenix City Code)
